How-to: Update the Status of My Farmly Profile
This page includes instructions to change the status of your Farmly profile. Normally this is done via the Farmly app. You will need your current Farmly password to confirm the request.
Login to the Farmly app
Go to the More… > My Profile > Update My Profile Status screen
You will be presented with the following choices:
Temporarily Deactivate
Once you temporarily deactivate your profile, you will need to confirm your reactivation with your profile email and current Farmly password.
Only Remove My Profile
Once you permanently remove your profile, and share your gardening information, Farmly will anonymize your gardening information and use it to help everyone garden better. Your profile will be permanently removed. This cannot be undone.
Delete My Profile and Gardening Information
Once you permanently delete your profile and all your gardening information, Farmly will delete your gardening information and it will not be available to help anyone garden better. Your profile will be permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
If you no longer have access to your Farmly profile (remember you can reset your password on the login screen) and you wish to delete some or all of your information, send an email from the same email address as your Farmly user with your username, screen name, ZIP code, and phone number (if applicable) by clicking only remove or delete everything.
